Adam Jackson "A.J." Fowler, 21, of Easley, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at his home, surrounded by his family and in the arms of his mother.
Born in Greenville, he was the son of David Kett Fowler and Carrie Elizabeth Landreth Fowler. He was a loving son and brother who enjoyed creative writing, drawing, poetry, screen writing, movie making, playing video games with his brother and friends, wrestling, and pizza. Prior to his AML, A.J. completed his freshman year at Clemson University, where he was on the President's List and was an English major. He attended Forestville Baptist Church in Greenville.
Surviving, in addition to his parents, are his beloved brother, David Chase Fowler of Easley; grandparents, David L. Fowler and Brenda M. Fowler of Anderson, Elbert T. "Ted" Landreth and Donna R. Landreth of Easley, and Carolyn T. Ninestein and Trent Ninestein of Greenville; aunts and uncles, Jessie Ninestein, Angie and Travis Satterfield, Lisa and Rob Gebing, and Trenholm and Paula Ninestein; cousins, Tillman, Kameron, Austin, and Katie Satterfield, Alex Gebing, and Tripp Ninestein; "brothers from other mothers", Eric Reece, Drew and Pierce Jernigan, all of Greenville; and many great aunts, great uncles, cousins, and friends.
Memorial services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, August 14, 2021 at Forestville Baptist Church, 2 Old McElhaney Road, Greenville, SC 29617.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. Saturday at the church, prior to the service.
