Addie Tecora Gilstrap, 95, of 108 East "C" Avenue, died at her home, Sunday, August 17, 2008.
She was born in Pickens County, the daughter of the late James Edward (Ed) and Lela Gentry Gilstrap.
She was a very active member of the First United Methodist Church and retired from Palmetto Garment Co.
She is survived by: one sister, Ary Morgan and husband, Alton, of Six Mile; and a number of nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by: five brothers, Lewis, Tom, Lloyd, Wyatt and Glen Gilstrap; and one sister, Lois Gilstrap.
Funeral services will be 2 PM, Tuesday in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown with Revs. Jim Correll and Foster Gentry officiating.
Burial will follow in Fairview Baptist Church Cemetery in Six Mile.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1 to 2 PM, Tuesday prior to the service.
