Agnes Donnald Sitton, 82, formerly of 403 South C Street, passed away Wednesday, May 4, 2011 at the Rainey Hospice House.
Mrs. Sitton was born in Easley, SC, a daughter of the late James Franklin and Agnes McCall Donnald. She was a graduate of Easley High School and attended Winthrop College. Mrs. Sitton retired from SunTrust, where she was the branch manager in Liberty, SC and was a member of Easley First United Methodist Church.
Surviving are her son, Cephas "Ceph" A. Sitton, III, (Elaine) of Roswell, GA; three daughters, Elizabeth "Liza" Byars, (David) of Central, Susan Winslett, of Easley and Katie West, (Van) of Charlottesville, VA.; five grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Sitton was predeceased by two brothers; two sisters; and her husband, Cephas Addison Sitton, Jr.
Graveside funeral services will be 3:00 PM Friday in Westview Cemetery with the Reverend Jim Correll officiating.
Tha family will receive friends immediately following the service at the graveside.
The family is at the home of David and Liza Byars, 133 Gordon Drive, Central, SC 29630.
