Ethel Aileen Bennett Coomer, 88, wife of Harlie H. Coomer passed away at her home on Wednesday, December 3, 2014.
Mrs. Coomer was born in Barbourville, KY, a daughter of the late James Brad and Zettie Mae Hopper Bennett. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist Faith.
Surviving in addition to her husband are two sons, James D. Coomer of the home, Harlie H. (Janice) Coomer of Traverlers Rest, daughter, Linda (Ronnie) Burleson of Powdersville; one brother, Eugene Bennett of Barbourville, KY, one sister, Lois Fay Ferguson of Cincinnati, OH; eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Coomer was preceded in death by brothers, Cecil and Arlie Bennett, and sisters, Thelma Powers and Lorene Chatfield.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 6, 2014 in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home - Powdersville Road at 12:00 noon, with entombment to follow in the Chapel of Reflection Mausoleum, at Robinson Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends on Friday, December 5, 2014 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
