Al T. Duquenne, 79, of 586 Hamilton Chase Drive, formerly of Easley, and husband of the late Mildred McCall Duquenne, died Saturday, April 2, 2005.

Born in Ziegler, IL, a son of the late Alphonse and Louise LeFevre Duquenne, Mr. Duquenne retired as manager of engineering with Schwitzer Turbochargers in Asheville, NC. He was a veteran of the US Army Air Force and was a member of the American Legion.

Surviving are two daughters and sons-in-law, Pam and Fred Brune of Spartanburg and Candice and Lawrence Reuben of Indianapolis, IN; a son and daughter-in-law, John Greg and Jane Duquenne of Indianapolis, IN; brother, Robert Eugene Duquenne of Champaign, IL; a sister, Edith Louise Baran of Taylorville, IL; four grandchildren, Jarrett Duquenne, Christopher Brune, Benjamin Brune and Emily Reuben; and a great grandson, Jacob Duquenne.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Powdersville Road, Easley, with Rev. Howard Foster officiating. Burial will follow in Robinson Memorial Gardens, 1425 Powdersville Road, Easley.

Visitation will be Monday from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Family members are at their respective homes.
