Albert Ryland "Bud" Turner, 83, husband of Elba Correa Turner, passed away February 2, 2021 at the Haven in the Village at Chanticleer.
Born in Greenville, he was the son of the late James Barnette and Vera Darby Turner.
Albert was an electrician and retired from Fluor Daniel after 37 years of service. He was a dedicated member of Tremont Church of God.
Surviving, in addition to his wife of 42 years, are two sons, Roger Dale Turner, of Williamston, and F. Ruben Morales (Karen), of Pelzer; a brother, Bobby Joe Turner, of Greenville; eight grandchildren, Stephen Turner, Brandon Turner, Luke Morales, Aaliyah Morales, Karelix Morales, Laura Egelhoff, Adrianna Phillips and Karina Blackerby; thirteen great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his first wife, Joyce Maxine Dickerson Turner; infant son, Steve Anthony Turner; brothers, James Ellis Turner and Thomas Ezelle Turner; and sister, Annette Evans.
Funeral services will be held Friday, February 5, 2021 at 2:00pm at Tremont Church of God. Entombment will follow in the Chapel of Reflection Mausoleum at Robinson Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends Friday afternoon from 1:00pm - 1:45pm at the church.
Wearing of masks will be encouraged in the church and social distancing will be observed.
