Alfred Tedeschi, Jr.

Alfred Tedeschi, Jr., 85, husband of the late Helen June Tedeschi, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 16, 2022 at his home.

Born in Bronx, NY, a son of the late Alfred Tedeschi, Sr, and the late Antoinette Morretta Tedeschi, he was a loving father, grandfather, and great-grandfather who enjoyed racing homing pigeons, gardening, and spending time with his family. He proudly served his country in the US Air Force and he retired from Tedeschi Auto Repair after fifteen years of service. He was a member of Dunean United Methodist Church in Greenville.

He is survived by a son, Michael A. Tedeschi (Cynthia) of Easley; a daughter, Allison Horton (Doug) of Anderson; sisters, Kathleen of California, Patricia of Oregon, and Joanne (Mike) of New York; grandchildren, Evan Tedeschi (Sharon) of Easley and Lauren Tedeschi of Greenville; and great-grandchildren, Garrett Tedeschi and Freya Tedeschi.

In addition to his wife and parents, he was predeceased by a brother, Thomas.

The family will host a memorial service at a later date.
