Mrs. Alice "Marie" Shipman Moore, 82, wife of William Grady Moore, passed away Thursday, October 11, 2018.

Born in Boydton, VA, a daughter of the late Thurman E. Shipman and the late Mattie Viola Gilliland Shipman, Mrs. Moore retired from Woodside Mills and was a member of Cateechee Baptist Church.

Surviving, in addition to her husband of sixty-one years, are three daughters, Teri Kaiser of Easley, Brenda Moore of Central and Vicki Nix of Pickens; a sister, Barbara Smith (John) of Easley; and four grandchildren, Lee Kaiser (Marisa), Zachary Nix, Quinn Nix and Hunter Nix. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Moore was predeceased by a son, Grady Allen Moore; and three brothers, Elbert Shipman, Thurman Shipman and David Shipman.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Monday, October 15, 2018 in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens, Clemson, SC.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Sunday, October 14, 2018 at Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown.
