Allen "Pete" Cantrell Bush

June 11, 1932 — January 7, 2021

Allen "Pete" Cantrell Bush, Sr., 88, of Easley, husband to the late Jean Lesley Bush passed away January 7, 2021.
Born in Easley, he was the son of the late Henry and Gertrude Cantrell Bush. Pete graduated from Easley High School and attended Clemson University. He was the owner of Ace Auto Parts and a member of St. Andrew United Methodist Church. Mr. Bush served his country in the United States Air Force and was a Mason and Shriner.
He is survived by his son, Allen "Al" C. Bush, Jr. (Patty) of Easley; daughter, Ann Ellenburg (Tony) of Easley; sister, Sarah Walker of Evans, GA; grandchildren, Leslie Hayes, Jason Ellenburg (Melanie), Jennifer Touchstone (Chris), Javin Adams, Amanda Benjamin (Justin), Dean Gillespie (Jessica) and Kathryn Jones (Brian). Pete is also survived by sixteen great grandchildren.
Mr. Bush was predeceased by his wife, parents, daughter, Allison Gillespie and brother, Everette Bush.
Family and friends may pay their respects to Mr. Bush on Saturday, January 9, 2021 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at Robinson Funeral Home, Downtown.
Graveside service will be held Sunday, January 10, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
The family would like to thank the staff of The Retreat of Easley for their care and compassion.
