Allen Farmer, 73, Griffin Road, passed away Thursday, April 6, 2017 at his home.

Born in Martinsville, VA, he was a son of the late Roby and Ethel Dalton Farmer.

Mr. Farmer was the owner of T and T Automotive in Belton and was a member of Beech Springs Tabernacle Church in Pelzer. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Surviving are his wife of the home, Thelma Kennedy Farmer; a son, James Farmer of Belton; three daughters, Marie Renner of Pelzer, Rene McCann of Oconee County, and Roxanne Farmer of Virginia; a step daughter, Michelle Kennedy of Piedmont; seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren; a brother, Jackie Farmer of Virginia; and two sisters, Sue Farmer of Virginia and Edna Mae Bagwell of Piedmont.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a son, Allen Farmer, Jr. and a brother, Buddy Farmer.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 8, 2017 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown.
