Alvin Thomas "Buddy" Dallas

Mr. Alvin Thomas "Buddy" Dallas, 93, husband of Shirley Senn Dallas, went to be with his Lord and Savior Monday, February 9, 2026.

Born in Whitmire, SC, the son of the late William Thomas Dallas and the late Helen Wicker Dallas, Buddy was a graduate of Whitmire High School and retired from Colonial Oil Industries with thirty-two years of service. He was an active member of Easley First United Methodist Church where he belonged to Pathfinders Sunday School Class, served on numerous church committees and attended the Men's Friday Breakfast Club.

Buddy was a U.S. Air Force Veteran and a proud member of the Sons of the American Revolution. He was a very patriotic American who loved God and his country, but his greatest love was for his family, whom he adored. Buddy will be missed by all that knew and loved him.

Surviving, in addition to his wife of seventy-two years, are his daughter, Dale Dallas Kohn (Joe) of Texas; his sons, Blake Dallas of Easley, and Miles Dallas (Scott Blankshine) of New York City, NY; his grandchildren, Kelly Forman, Allison Houghton and Renee Dallas; and eight great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Buddy was predeceased by a great-grandson, Jordan Jenkins.

Memorial services will be 11:00 AM Thursday, February 12, 2026 at Easley First United Methodist Church.

The family will receive friends prior to the service from 10:00 AM until 10:45 AM at the church.
