Alvin Stokes Harrison, 82, of 103 McCollum Street, husband of the late Genethel Macie Thomas Harrison, passed away Monday, October 8, 2012 at his home.

Born in Brevard, NC, a son of the late Earl Cranston and Hattie Harren Harrison, Mr. Harrison retired from Michelin North America and was a member of Easley Church of God. He was a veteran of the US Air Force and a member of Bates Masonic Lodge.

Surviving are two sons, Butch Harrison (and friend, Karen) and Michael Harrison (Naomi), all of Easley; two daughters, Lisa Adams (Bobby) and Pam Smith (Greg), all of Easley; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Friday at Easley Church of God with Rev. Dr. David Sustar officiating. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park.

Visitation will be from 6:00 until 8:00 PM Thursday at Robinson Funeral Home-Powdersville Road.

The family is at the home of Pam and Greg Smith, 114 Glenn Burnie Drive, Easley, SC 29642.
