Amanda Elizabeth Gilstrap, 33, passed away on Tuesday, September 29, 2015 at her home.
Amanda was born in Pickens County and was a daughter of Shirley Teat Hayes of Central and the late Gary T. Gilstrap and her step-father, Jim Hayes.
Surviving in addition to her mother and step-father, are her husband, David C. Dawson and her son, Aidan Dawson and her daughter, Peyton Dawson; two brothers, Joseph Parsons of Six Mile and Bobby Rhodes of Liberty; one sister, Becky Smith of Pickens; grandmother, Doris Teat of Central.
Funeral services will be Saturday, October 3, 2015 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home with burial to follow in Hillcrest Cemetery, Pickens.
The family will receive friends from 9:30 AM until 10:45 AM prior to the service at the funeral home.
