Ann Burns Becknell, 67, wife of the late Wallace D. Becknell, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, October 19, 2020.

Born in Liberty, SC, Ann was a daughter of the late Styles Burns, Sr. and the late Phoebe Owens Burns. She worked the majority of her life as a cloth inspector at Alice Manufacturing Company.

Ann was of the Christian faith and loved telling everyone about the blessings in life that God provided for her. She enjoyed praising God and praying for others. She enjoyed spending time with her family, laughing and always wearing a smile on her face. She was a loving mother, Nana, sister, and friend. Ann enjoyed coloring and playing with toys with her grandson and always said that he was the "light of my life" and her "shining star."

Ann was survived by a son, Christopher Becknell of Liberty; a daughter, Tracy Bridges (Bradley) of Easley; a sister, Brenda Holliday of Easley; and a grandson, Weston Bridges.

In addition to her loving husband, she was predeceased by nine siblings, Sarah Simmons, Wayne Burns, Ronnie Burns, Alvin Burns, Styles Burns, Jr., Tommy Burns, Eugene Burns, Charles Burns, and Jimmy Burns.

Graveside services will be 1:30 PM, Friday, October 23, 2020 at Liberty Memorial Gardens in Liberty, SC.

The family will greet friends from 12:00 to 1:00 PM, Friday, October 23, 2020 at Robinson Funeral Homes-Downtown, Easley prior to the service.
