Anna Mae Wright Millard, 80, of 100 Devon Court, died Wednesday, August 13, 2008 at Palmetto Health Baptist Easley.
Born in New Kensington, PA, she was a daughter of the late Lawrence Vernon and Minnie Viola Ferguson Wright. She was a retired nurse having worked at several hospitals, mostly in the Baltimore, MD area. Mrs. Millard loved square dancing and attended Grace Presbyterian Church.
Surviving are two sons, Daniel Edward Millard of Joppatown, MD, David Michael Davis of Leechburg, PA; a daughter, Billy Jean Roemer of Easley, SC; a sister, Dorothy Jean Davidson of Bolivar, MO; seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, William Edward Millard; two brothers, Kenneth Wright, Richard Wright; and a sister, Sallie Wright.
Funeral services will be 1 PM Saturday in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home - Downtown with Reverend John McNichols officiating.
The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the funeral home.
Graveside services will be held at a later date in Holly Hills Memorial Gardens in Essex, MD.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society; 154 Milestone Way; Greenville, SC 29615.
