Anne Heard Freeman, 78, of Countryside Village, died, Friday, September 29, 2006 in Easley.
Miss Freeman was born in Pickens County, a daughter of the late B. F. and Floy Heard Freeman. Miss Freeman graduated from Easley High School and Coker College, Class of 1949. She was a homemaker, formerly employed with Southern Bell, and a member of First Baptist Church.
Surviving are a sister, Lilla Freeman Sitton and a sister-in-law, Fran Freeman Pfadenhauer, both of Easley; two nieces, Corinne Sitton Williams and her husband, John, and Meredith Stansell and her husband, Jimmy; one nephew, Roland Freeman and his wife, Susan; and first cousins, Cynthia Heard Somers and Larry Heard. Miss Freeman was predeceased by a brother, Lynn R. Freeman.
Graveside services will be 2:00 P.M. Monday at Hillcrest Memorial Park with the Rev. Rick Baumgarner officiating.
The family is at the home of a niece, Corinne Sitton Williams, 231 Sitton Road, Easley, SC 29642, where the family will receive friends following the graveside service.
Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church, 300 East First Avenue, Easley, S.C. 29640.
