Anne Elizabeth ("Kitten") Gillespie Hawkins of 402 Henry Street, died Friday, October 03, 2008 at Greenville Memorial Hospital.
Born in Pickens County, she was the daughter of the late Clarence N. and Ruby Jane Merck Gillespie. She was the retired owner and operator of Five Points Cafe.
She is survived by two sons, Adam and Kevin Hawkins, both of Easley; two brothers, Dan and Jim Gillespie of Easley, and a sister, Martha Todd of Easley.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband William ("Hawk") Hawkins ; a sister, Betty Doll and two brothers, Ben and Johnny Gillespie.
The family will receive friends Saturday from 6:00 until 9:00 pm at the home.
No services are planned at this time.
