Anne Macdonald Lee Setliff, 78, of Spartanburg, died Saturday, January 2, 2010, at The Brian Center in Hendersonville, NC.

Born in Union Point, Georgia, Ms. Setliff was a daughter of the late Dr. Malcolm Alexander and Annette Carlton Macdonald. She graduated from Clinton High School and Presbyterian College magna cum laude. Ms. Setliff later attended Furman University. She had worked as a guidance counselor and had taught at Thornwell School. Ms. Setliff was a Presbyterian.

Surviving are three sons, Lawrence Lee of Raleigh, N.C., Malcolm Lee of Summerville, GA, and Hiram Lee of Wake Forest, N.C.; two daughters, Susan King of Clinton, SC and Nancy Saunders of Boiling Springs, SC; one sister, Patsy Macdonald Rogers, of Easley; and ten grandchildren.

The private memorial graveside service will be conducted by the Reverend Dr. William Seel at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Pickens.
