Annie Lee O'Donald Powell Cox, 84, formerly of Crosswell School Road, passed away Wednesday November 11, 2015.
Born in Jackson County, GA, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Ira O'Donald and Allie Mae Patton O'Donald.
Mrs. Cox was retired from Mayfair Mills, Glenwood Plant, and was a member of Victory Baptist Church. She loved gardening and visiting yard sales.
Surviving are her sons, Larry Powell (Kathy) of Liberty and Douglas Rance Powell (Nancy) of Belton; grandchildren, Ashley Powell Cartee, Anson Powell,, April Powell Adair, Jenny Powell, Wendy Bennett and Jason Sparks; thirteen great grandchildren; sisters, Eula Hall of Liberty, Martha Aiken and Annette Freeman both of Easley; and a brother, Roger O'Donald of Greenville.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her first husband, William H. Powell; her second husband, Calvin Cox; a grandson, Christopher Powell; sisters, Pearl Gray and Beulah Crumpton; and a brother, William O'Donald.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 13, 2015 at 1:00 PM in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown with burial to follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park in Pickens.
The family will receive friends prior to the service from 11:30 AM until 12:45 PM at the funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Open Arms Hospice, 1836 W. Georgia Road, Simpsonville, SC 29680.
The family will be at the home of Larry and Kathy Powell 407 Summit Drive, Liberty, SC 29657.
