Annie Joyce Garner, 80, wife of the late Russell Eugene Garner, Sr., passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 5, 2019.
Born in Shelby, NC, a daughter of the late Pink E. Bridges and the late Annie Weaver Bridges, she was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who enjoyed church activities and spending time with her family and friends.
Surviving are a son, Rusty Garner of Liberty; a daughter, Sandra Sparks (Danny) of Douglasville, GA; sisters, Louise Bridges of Shelby, NC, Mary Ruth Rogers of Daytona, FL, and Marilyn Craig of Hickory, NC; a sister-in-law, Roxanne Bridges of Greenville; grandchildren, Ryan Siegwarth of Douglasville, GA and Jesse Garner (Esther) of Powdersville; and great-grandchildren, Luke Siegwarth and Kristen Garner.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by brothers, Sonny Bridges and Scott Bridges; and sisters, Johnnie Ray Bridges and Doris Bridges.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, June 7, 2019 at Siloam Baptist Church in Easley. Burial will follow in Siloam Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday, June 6, 2019 at Robinson Funeral Home - Powdersville Road.
