Anniell Rudisill Bevis, 84, of 218 Duke Street and widow of John Henry Bevis, Jr. died Sunday, September 29, 2013 at her home.
Born in Columbia, SC she was a daughter of the late William B. and Annie Niell Rudisill. Mrs. Bevis a homemaker, volunteer at Helping Hands and a member and volunteer with St. Andrew Catholic Church.
Surviving are 4 sons, John Henry "Jay" (Janis) Bevis of Valdese, NC, William R. "Billy" (Lek) Bevis of Clemson, SC, David "Ginger" Bevis, Goose Creek, SC and James (Perrin) Bevis of Clemson; 4 daughters, Beth (Mark) Jordan of Clemson, Barbara (Phill) Pearson of Greenville, Jeanne (Bill) Smart of Woodstock, GA and Judy (Alan) Diehl of Ardmore, PA; and 21 grandchildren.
In addition to her husband and parents she was predeceased by a son, Dan Bevis; 3 brothers, Bill Rudisill, Dan Rudisill and Zeb Rudisill; and 1 sister, Beth Tucker.
Funeral services will be 1 PM, Saturday, October 5th in the chapel of Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home with burial to follow in Old Stone Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 11:30 AM to 12:50 PM, Saturday prior to the service at the funeral home.
