Anthony J. Bazza, of Easley, passed peacefully Saturday, April 23, 2016 in his home, and was the husband to Anna Bazza.
He was born in New York, NY to the late James Bazza and Catherine Trevisano Bazza.
Anthony was honorably discharged from the US Navy and took great pride in serving his country. He owned and operated Anthony J. Bazza Antique Restoration, Inc., and enjoyed painting and sculpturing. Anthony was a member of St. Luke Catholic Church in Easley, Sons of Italy, and Knights of Columbus in New York.
In addition to his wife of 60 years, he is survived by his daughter, Cathy Bazza of Easley; granddaughter, Liana Covert; and great-granddaughter, Adriana Nester.
Funeral service will be Tuesday, April 26th at 3:00PM in Robinson Funeral Home, 1425 Powdersville Road, Easley. Placement will be Friday, April 29th in Woodlawn Cemetery in Bronx, New York.
Family will receive friends from 1:00PM to 2:30PM at the funeral home prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, family has requested donations be made directly to the American Heart Association, 3535 Pelham Rd. #101, Greenville, SC 29615, Make-A-Wish Foundation, 225 S. Pleasantburg Dr., Greenville, SC 29607, or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
