Born in Malvern, Arkansas, he was the son of the late Kenneth and Shirley Wages Evans.
He is survived by his daughter, Katie Evans of Easley, SC ; four sisters, Lori Clontz, Cindy Osgood and Sherry Wages, all of Arkansas and Dena Johnson and her husband Charles E. Johnson IV of Easley, SC. ; nephews, James Clontz, Shawn Osgood, Asa and Cory McAlister of Arkansas, Joshua Wages of Liberty,SC and Guy Romine of Easley, SC ; nieces, Nicole Johnson of Easley, SC and Stephanie Clontz of Arkansas ; Three great nephews, Karson Osgood and Dakotie McAlister of Arkansas and Havoc Romine of Easley, SC ; two great nieces, Valerie and Victoria Wages of Liberty, SC, Wayne and Carol Drew of Florida. ; a host of friends and special people who were near and dear, Jennie Cartlidge, Lori Nicley, Breanna Suttles, Tina Sintello and Steven Masters.
