Ardway Outz, 87, of 205 Joe's Court, husband of the late Mary Jane Hulsey Outz, passed away Friday January 27, 2012 at Golden Living Center in Hendersonville, NC.
Mr. Outz was born in Cannon, Georgia, a son of the late Dora Outz. He was a retired foreman with Brookline Carpets in Greenville, a U.S. Army Veteran of W.W. II and a Baptist.
Surviving are his son, Jack Outz, of Easley; two daughters, Gloria Diane Outz and Chris Custer and her husband, Rudy, both of Easley; a grandchild, Mandy Custer Childress and her husband, Daniel, of Easley; and great-grandchildren, Karah, Cailyn and Micah.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday in the Chapel of Robinson Funeral Home - Powdersville Road, with the Reverend Robert McDuffie officiating. Entombment will follow in the Chapel of Reflection Mausoleum at Robinson Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be from 12:30 PM until 2:00 PM Wednesday, prior to the service, at the funeral home.
The family is at the home.
