Barbara Lee Stephens Crawshaw, 78, of Easley, wife of the late Charles Lowell Crawshaw, passed away Friday, March 29, 2013 at her home.
Born February 22, 1935 in Gaston County, NC, she was a daughter of the late Howard Lee and Blease Holland Stephens. Mrs. Crawshaw graduated from Welcome High School in 1952 and in 1974 graduated Summa Cum Laude from California State University, Fullerton, with a BA in Business Administration Finance. She competed in the Mrs. New York Beauty Pageant and was past President of the Society for Advancement of Management.
Mrs. Crawshaw is survived by her daughters, Linda Porter (Stan) and Sandra Watts (Bob); sister, Doris Nelson (Buddy); grandchildren, Jeremy Porter, Brittany Forrester, Anthony Porter, Cody Porter, Jason Watts, Jenny Watts and Katie Watts; special friend, Arthur Irvin; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 PM Monday, April 1, 2013 in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Powdersville Road with Rev. Matt Williams officiating. Burial will follow in Robinson Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive from 1:30 PM until 2:45 PM Monday prior to the service at the funeral home.
