Barbara Gresham Cutts, 84, of 107 Windward Court and widow of William Holmes Cutts died Thursday, November 17, 2011.
Born in Greenville, SC, she was a daughter of the late Carl Elwood and Virgil Sellers Gresham. Barbara earned her B.S. degree in chemistry from Furman University. She was a homemaker, a longtime volunteer with the Girl Scouts, an honorary member of the Daughters of the British Empire, and an active member of Clemson United Methodist Church.
Surviving are her son, Allen Cutts and wife, Anne of Decatur, GA; three daughters, Barbie Cutts and Betsy Cutts both of Pendleton and Eleanor Cutts of Pensacola, FL; sister, Mickey Erwin of Greenville; and granddaughter, Sarah Cutts.
Funeral services will be 1 PM, Monday at Clemson United Methodist Church with Reverend Keith Ray officating.
Burial will follow in Old Stone Church Cemetery, Clemson. A reception will be held following the comittal service at the church.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM, Sunday at Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home, Central.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 2004 N. Main Street, Suite A, Anderson, SC 29621.
