Barbara Dean Howard, 84, of Vicki Circle, passed away Sunday, October 29, 2017.
Born in Easley, she was a daughter of the late William Floyd "Pete" Howard and Ethel Crowe Howard.
Barbara was a 1951 graduate of Easley High School and a 1958 graduate of Greenville General Hospital School of Nursing. She obtained her Nurse Anesthetist License from Bowman Gray Center at Wake Forest School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, NC. Barbara retired from the Greenville Hospital System and was a member of Park Street Baptist Church in Easley. She enjoyed reading, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
Surviving are her siblings, Gale Howard Hydrick of Easley and Michael Floyd Howard of Greenville; a niece, Kim Hydrick Clardy (Tim) of Easley; a nephew, Mark Hydrick (Michelle) of Easley; and great nephews, Matthew and M.J. Hydrick.
A graveside memorial service will be 3:00 PM Friday, November 3, 2017 in Greenlawn Memorial Park in Easley.
Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Miracle Hill, 117 Drummond Ln, Pickens, SC 29671.
The family will be at their respective homes.
