Barbara Maddox, died July 9, 2022 at the age of 87.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Wallace and Velma Mann; and her beloved husband, William H. “Bud” Maddox.

She is survived by her sister, Melissa Mann Turner (William); children, Mary Lynn Goulden (Jim), Marie Crawford (James) and Jean Scheffer (Jason); grandchildren, Thomas Goulden, Barrett Goulden (Colleen), Abbey Crawford and Jason Scheffer.

Barbara graduated from Easley High School and North Greenville College.  She retired from Bank of America.  She was an active member of Easley First Baptist Church, where she sang in the choir and worked with the children’s programs.

Barbara lived a full life surrounded by people she loved and who loved her.  She was a strong, faithful, beautiful and gracious soul who will be missed.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 12, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Easley First Baptist Church.

Memorial donations in Barbara’s name may be made to Music Ministry of First Baptist Church 300 East First Avenue Easley, SC 29640.

Services are entrusted to Boles Funeral Home of Southern Pines and Robinson Funeral Home, Easley.
