Mr. Barry Linn Phelps, 64, husband of Joan Hilyer Phelps, passed away Tuesday, October 3, 2017 at his home.
Born in Baltimore, MD, a son of the late Frank Charles Phelps, Jr. and the late Nellie Dillard Phelps.
Barry was retired from Easley Baptist Hospital and was previously employed with JP Stevens in Greenville. He was a mason and member of the Bates Masonic Lodge #189 A.F.M. He enjoyed woodworking and music.
Surviving, are a daughter, Hilery Phelps Hennessee (Brad) of Easley; a grandson whom he adored, George Hennessee; and a brother, Frank Charles Phelps, III (Kathy) of Easley.
A private service will be held by the family.
