Beatrice Higginbotham Brewer Entrekin, 94, wife of the late Rev. Furman Entrekin, of Easley, passed away Wednesday, January 12, 2022.

Born in Iva, SC, she was a daughter of the late Alvin and Fanny Mae Crocker Higginbotham. She was a member of Easley First Pentecostal Holiness Church.

Mrs. Entrekin is survived by a son, Rev. James "Mike" M. Brewer, Jr. (Janice) of Maumee, OH; a daughter, Brenda B. Stewart (Jerome) of Liberty; stepsons, Rev. Mark, Tim, Mike, and Robin Entrekin; a stepdaughter, Faye Marusich; six grandchildren, Johnathan Brewer of Mamee, OH, Joey Price of Easley, Kristy Brewer of Maumee, OH, Melissa Timmerman of Easley, Jason Brewer of Butler, PA, and Kerry Price of Gilbert, SC; ten great-grandchildren, Craig Timmerman, Jacob Brewer, Anthony Timmerman, Kiersten Price, Preston Price, Marleigh Brown, Easton Brewer, Elsie Brewer, Heidi Brewer and Beatrix Brewer; and two great-great-grandchildren, Ava Timmerman and Alexander Brewer; and numerous step grandchildren and step great-grandchildren.

In addition to her loving husband, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Rev. James Mitchell Brewer, Sr.; three brothers, Leroy, Bobby, and James Higginbotham; and a sister, Bernice West.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Monday, January 17, 2022, at Easley First Pentecostal Holiness Church. A private burial will follow in Greenwood Memorial Gardens at a later date.

The family will receive friends prior to the service from 2:00 p.m. until 2:45 p.m. Monday, January 17, 2022, at the church.
