Bebe Kathryn Coffey Anderson, 83, of 105 Robin Street and wife of Lt. Col. Ret. Robert A. (Bob) Anderson, died Tuesday, April 12, 2011 at her residence.
Born in Black Rock, Arkansas, she was a daughter of the late Leslie Coffey, Sr and Kathryn McCain Coffey. Bebe was a graduate of Arkansas State University and was a retired employee of the Clemson University Athletic Department. She was a member of Church of Christ in Clemson.
Surviving in addition to her husband are two sons, Donald Anderson and wife, Lynn and Robert Anderson and wife, Isabel all of Powdersville, SC; two daughters, Kathryn Anderson Wilson and husband, Steve of Durango, CO, and Kari Anderson Tankersley and husband, Ken of Pendleton, SC; grandchildren, Christopher Anderson, Andrew Anderson, Michael Anderson, Sara Anderson Askey, Rob Anderson, Jonathan Anderson, Alex Wilson, Stephanie Wilson and Maxwell Wilson; and 3 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a brother, Leslie Coffey, Jr. and a sister, Loris Marshall.
Memorial services will be held at 6 PM, Saturday in the chapel of Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home, 108 Cross Creek Road, Central, SC 29630.
The family will greet friends immediately following the service at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Palmetto Equine Awareness and Rescue League, P.O. Box 362, Sandy Springs, SC 29677 or Miracle Hill Ministries, P.O. Box 2546, Greenville, SC 29602.
