Bernard J. "BJ" Betham
August 14, 1957 — November 30, 2017
Bernard J. Betham, 60, of Easley, passed away November 30, 2017.
Born in Mt. Clemens and raised in New Haven, MI, he was the son of the late Bernard and Claudette Betham.
BJ retired from GE after many years of service. He loved Michigan football, hunting and fishing. He never met a stranger and was a friend to everyone. He will be greatly missed.
Surviving are his two daughters, Ashley (Daniel) McCarson and Megan Betham; three grandchildren, Kyra, Katelyn and Colton; two sisters, Joan (John) Bastine and Diane (William) Paling; one brother, Fred Betham; former wife and friend, Ruth Ann Betham; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas Betham.
Memorial services will be held Saturday, December 9, 2017 at 3:00pm at Fairview United Methodist Church.
