Bernice Geneva Moore Holbrooks, 90, of Easley, wife of the late J.W. Holbrooks, passed away Thursday, February 24, 2011 at Baptist Easley Hospital.
Born December 2, 1920 in Pickens County, she was a daughter of the late Charlie and Sara Ella McGaffey Moore.
She is survived by her sons, Toney Holbrooks, Eddie Holbrooks, Jason Holbrooks, and Dean Holbrooks; daughters, Ann Thompson, Sue Morris, and Jane Chandler; sisters, Margaret Stephens, and Vallie Graham; brothers, Carl Moore, and Paul Moore; 11 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren,
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, February 26, 2011 in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends 6:00-8:00 PM Friday at the funeral home.
The family is at 119 McClanahan Rd., Liberty, SC 29657
