Bernice Horton Loggins, 91, formerly of Central and widow of Richard L. Loggins died Friday, March 2, 2012 at the Rainey Hospice House in Anderson.
Born in Liberty, SC, she was a daughter of the late Millard and Olivia Collins Horton. She was a retired employee of Cannon Mills in Central and was a member of East Clemson Baptist Church.
Surviving are her brother, J. D. (Eloise) Horton; sister, Betty Parker both of Central; and a number of nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband she was predeceased by a daughter, Cathy Loggins and a sister Edna Holliday.
Funeral services will be 1 PM, Sunday in the chapel of Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home, Central with burial to follow in Mt. Zion Cemetery.
The family will greet friends following the service in the chapel and prior to going to the cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Henry Egleston Children's Hospital, Emory University, 1405 Clifton Road N.E., Atlanta, GA 30322 or to the charity of one's choice.
