Bert Fields "Zeb" Patterson, Jr., 56, of Easley passed away Tuesday, May 21, 2013 at his home.
Born in Transylvania County, NC, Mr. Patterson was a son of the late Bert Fields Patterson, Sr. and the late Bertha Louise Powell Patterson. He retired as a truck driver from BATCO, and he belonged to Open Door Baptist Church.
Surviving are two brothers, Jimmy (Lisa) Patterson and Earl (Lorena) Patterson, all of Pickens; and four sisters, Helen (Jerry) Banks of Pickens, Linda Black (Lamar) of Liberty, Mickey Cison of Brevard and Mollie Patterson of Pickens.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Tuesday at Holly Springs Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 12:30 until 1:45 PM Tuesday prior to the service at the church.
Family members are at their respective homes.
