Bethal Grace Couch

Bethal Grace Couch, 88, of Liberty, South Carolina, passed away at home Thursday, December 18th, surrounded by family.
She was the daughter of Columbus Loy Couch and Cuzzie Ann Nix Couch. Bethal enjoyed baking and spending time with family. Without question, her legacy will be her passion for the Clemson Tigers and the many years she spent attending games with family and encouraging the younger generation to bleed orange.
She is survived by one sister, Brenda Baker; two brothers-in-law, Thomas Jones and Jimmy Cope; and a sister-in-law, Betty Couch. She leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews, as well as great-nieces and great-nephews, whom she loved as her own. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by six sisters and one brother: Mamie Talley (Joe), Adval Bates (Roy), Elizabeth Couch, Joann Davis (Gene), Wayne Couch (Wanda), Vivian Jones (Thomas), Tommy Baker (Brother-in-law), and Sandy Cope.
Graveside services will be held Sunday, December 21st at 3:00 pm at Rice’s Creek Baptist Church in Liberty, South Carolina. While flowers are accepted, donations may also be made, in Bethal’s honor, to Dabo’s All In Team Foundation at https://www.dabosallinteam.com/Default.asp?ID=192&pg=Donate.
