Mrs. Betty Parker Burrell, 83, wife of the late Thomas Heyward Burrell, went to be with her Lord and Savior Friday, November 24, 2017.

Born in Cherokee County, the daughter of the late Hoyle Clarence and Alice Miller Parker, Mrs. Burrell was a graduate of Gaffney High School and attended Cecil's Business College. She was a homemaker and a member of Welcome Baptist Church, Anderson.

Surviving are a son, Michael Adams of Anderson; a daughter, Cindy A. Hyde (Tommy) of Greenville; a brother, Bobby Parker of Gaffney; five grandchildren, Jamie Mountain (Brian), Julie Floyd (Lee), Amy Owensby (Scotty), Josh Adams and Michael Keith Adams; and four great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be 3:00 PM Sunday, November 26, 2017 in the Chapel of Reflection Mausoleum of Robinson Memorial Gardens, 1425 Powdersville Road, Easley, SC 29642.

The family will receive friends immediately following the service.

The family is at the home of her daughter and son-in-law, Cindy and Tommy Hyde.
