Betty Irene Leopard Grant, 67, of 415 Wood Street, passed away Thursday, July 31, 2008 at Greenville Memorial Hospital.
Born in Anderson, she was the daughter of the late Clifton Alexander and Bertie Irene James Leopard. Mrs. Grant attended Refuge Baptist Church.
Surviving are her husband, Charles David Grant of the home; two daughters, Patricia Thomas and husband Ronnie of Central, Deborah Grant of Seneca; four brothers, Robert Leopard, Billy Ray Leopard, both of Central, James Leopard of Greenwood, Roy Leopard of Liberty; and two grandchildren, Brandon Thomas and Trista Thomas. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a brother, Junior Leopard.
Funeral services will be 2 PM Monday in the chapel of Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home with Reverend Joe Pace officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens.
Visitation will be Sunday afternoon from 2 PM until 4 PM at the funeral home.
