Betty Lee Harbin, 80, wife of the late Hovey "Boyd" Harbin, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 8, 2017.

Born in Easley, a daughter to the late Grady Sutherland and Leila Simmons Sutherland Childress, she was retired from Alice Manufacturing after many years of service and was a long-time member of Zion Methodist Church in Easley.

Surviving are a daughter, Pamela Harbin; a brother, JC Sutherland (Barbara); a sister, Bobbie Turner (James); grandchildren, Hannah Brooks, Chris Cisson, Joshua Harbin, and Jesse Harbin; and four great-grandchildren, all of Easley.

In addition to her loving husband and parents, Mrs. Harbin was predeceased by sons, Richard Harbin and Randy Harbin.

She loved gardening and walking her dog, Benji, who misses her very much.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 12, 2017 at the Chapel of Robinson Funeral Home - Powdersville Road.

Burial will follow at Robinson Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. on Thursday, October 12, 2017 at the funeral home.
