Betty Jo Coppinger Tutt

Mrs. Betty Jo Coppinger Tutt, 92, wife of the late John Franklin Tutt, Sr., went to be with her Lord and Savior Wednesday, September 1, 2021.

Born in Atlanta, GA, a daughter of the late David Wade Coppinger and the late Clara Pylant Coppinger, Mrs. Tutt was a retired Registered Nurse and an active member of Easley Presbyterian Church.

Betty Jo was a life master in Duplicate Bridge, loved to play golf and was an avid sports fan. She will be dearly missed by her family and all who knew her.

Surviving are her son, John Tutt, Jr. (Sharon) of Easley; her daughter, Ginny Jordan (John) of Cary, NC; a brother, Andrew Coppinger of Jonesboro, GA; six grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Tutt was predeceased by a brother, Albert Coppinger; and her sister, Virginia Long.

Memorial services will be held at a later date to be announced.
