Beverly J. Boggs, 83, passed away on Monday, May 21, 2018 at her home.

Mrs. Boggs was born in New Orleans, LA and was a daughter of the late William J. and Mildred Menge Mahler. Beverly enjoyed playing her harmonica, she loved gardening, and will be especially remembered for backyard Bible clubs, VBS, and her love of singing. Beverly was a member of Golden Creek Baptist Church. She always would say, "I was born with a smile on my face and a song in my heart!"

Surviving are four sons, Marion Boggs Jr. and his wife, Kathlene, of Choudrant LA, John Boggs and his wife, Shelly, of Temple, GA, David Boggs and his wife, Kim, of Woodstock, GA, and Paul Boggs and his wife, Christy, of Lyman, SC; two daughters, Mary Ashcraft and her husband, Tony, of Austell, GA, and Becky Loggins and her husband, Kenny, of Central; a brother, Robert Mahler, of McAllen,Texas; two sisters, Carrie Lou Rupe, of Prairieville, LA, and Marjorie Kraus, of Gretna, LA; twenty eight grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, of 56 years, Marion Boggs, Sr., in July, 2016, and a brother, William J. Mahler, Jr.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, May 25 at Golden Creek Baptist Church, Liberty, with burial to follow in Memory Gardens, Clemson.

The family will receive friends 6-8:00 P.M. Thursday, May 24 at Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home.
