Mr. Billy Wayne Aiken, 74, of Easley, husband of Susan Brookshire Aiken, died Saturday, August 29, 2020.
Born in Easley, SC, he was a son of the late William Aiken and the late Helen L. Gunter Aiken. Mr. Aiken was a member Ruhamah Baptist Church and proudly served our country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.
Surviving, in addition to his wife, are a son, Freddy Wayne Aiken (Melissa) of Easley; a daughter, Karen Rene Marsengill (Jim) of Liberty; a stepson, Samuel Cartee Turner of Easley; two stepdaughters, Amy Fuller (Tim) of Easley and Brandy Duncan of Easley; a sister, Janet Darlene Duncan (Kenneth); and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Aiken is predeceased by his first wife, Sandra "Becky" Rebecca Merck Aiken; a stepson, James Scott Turner; three brothers, Jerry Dean Aiken, Larry Eugene Aiken, and Ray Bruce Aiken; and a sister, Ruby Nell Allen.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, September 01, 2020 at 4:00 PM at Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown, Easley. Scroll to the video player below to view the service. A private burial will take place at a later date in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
