Billy F. Kelley

Billy F. Kelley, passed away on Thursday, June 12, 2025, at the age of 86.

Born on February 1, 1939, in Pickens County, South Carolina, Billy was a son of the late Herrington and Olive Riggins Kelley.

Billy worked as an electrician and a plumber for the Anderson Hospital. He was described as a "jack of all trades," and would always help fix things. When he wasn't working Billy had a passion for automobiles, delighting in buying cars and trucks that caught his eye.

Billy is survived by his loving partner, Frances Mullikin; his sons, Terry, Scottie, and Shane Mullikin; daughter, Kathy Mullikin. He also leaves behind a devoted sister, Ann Wilbanks, and many cherished nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Kenneth Kelley, and his sister, Kathryn Lingefelt.

A visitation will be held in his honor on June 15, 2025, from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at Duckett - Robinson Funeral Home, located at 108 Cross Creek Road, Central, SC.

Following the visitation, a graveside service will take place at Memory Gardens Cemetery, 586 Issaqueena Trail, Central, SC 29630 beginning at 3:00 PM.
