Billy Frank Rollins

Billy Frank Rollins, 76, husband of Selena Beatrice Willis Rollins, passed away Wednesday, August 15, 2018 at his home.

Born in Central, SC, he was a son of the late Holland Gambrell and Ruby Lyda Rollins. Billy was a retired employee with Mt. Vernon Mills, LaFrance and was a former employee with Rollins Construction Company. He was a member of Clemson Church of God and was a former volunteer with the Pendleton Area Rescue Squad. He loved woodworking, restoring old cars, attending car shows and camping.

Surviving in addition to his wife are his son, Terry Rollins (Sherrie) of Anderson; daughters, Shelia Schaffer (Michael), Cathy Haney (Timothy) and Lisa Beard (Jabo) all of Pendleton; brothers, Melvin Rollins of Central and Cecil Rollins of Liberty; grandchildren, Kyle Schaffer, Stephanie Shaffer, Selena Moore, Jeremy Haney, P.J. Beard, Amber Beard and Terry Rollins, Jr.; and 9 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 2 PM, Friday in the chapel of Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home with Rev. Terry Carver officiating.

The family will receive friends from 12:30 to 1:45, Friday prior to the service at the funeral home.
