Billy Marvin Seigle, 81, husband of Frances Lyda Seigle, passed away on Friday, May 7, 2021 at the Cottingham Hospice House in Seneca, SC.
He was born in Central, SC, a son of the late Joseph Lee and Blondie Dickerson Seigle. Billy spent his whole life doing what he enjoyed, being an automobile mechanic. He worked for various car dealerships until he opened his own garage at his home in Central.
Surviving in addition to his wife are his son: Franklin Seigle of Liberty, SC; daughters, Theresa Simon of Townville, SC and Marla (Charles) McElrath of Anderson, SC; sisters, Betty Barnes and Beth Nix both of Central, and Judy Marcus of Pendleton; grandchildren, Chris Seigle, Samantha Wheatley, Carla Cullen, Kevin Lloyd, Crystal Simon and Tiffany Simon; 9 great grandchildren; and friend, Carl Roper of Central.
In addition to his parents, Billy was predeceased by his brothers, William Seigle and Terry Seigle.
Graveside services will be held at 2 PM, Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at Memory Gardens in Clemson.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM, Monday at Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home, 108 Cross Creek Road, Central, SC.
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic facial coverings will be required and social distancing protocols will be observed.
Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Meals on Wheels of Pickens County or to the Cottingham Hospice House.
