Mrs. Bobbie Ann Wardlaw James, 80, wife of Baylus Odie James, Jr., passed away Sunday, July 2, 2017 at McCall Hospice House.
Born in Pickens County, a daughter of the late Roy and Lula Belle Pinion Wardlaw, Mrs. James was a graduate of Central High School and retired from Rite Aid with over twenty years of service. She was a member of Berea First Baptist Church.
Surviving, in addition to her husband of fifty-six years, are a son, Brian Keith James of Spartanburg; a daughter, Cheryl D. James of Greenville; two brothers, Wayne Wardlaw (Barbara) and Harvey Wardlaw (Linda), all of Central; a sister, Carlene Polk of Anderson; a sister-in-law, Hazel Wardlaw of Central; and three grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 11:00 AM Wednesday, July 5, 2017 at Robinson Memorial Gardens, 1425 Powdersville Road, Easley, SC 29642.
The family is at the home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice.
