Bobby Gwinn Allen

Mr. Bobby Gwinn Allen, 77, husband of the late Ruby Nell Allen, passed away Friday, September 28, 2018.

Born in Easley, a son of the late Ivy Leo Allen and the late Reba Aiken Allen, Mr. Allen was retired from Alice Manufacturing after forty-five years of service. He was an avid Clemson Football fan who loved his family more than anything. Mr. Allen was of the Baptist faith.

Surviving are two sons, Michael G. Allen (Delma) of Tucson, AZ and Mark Wayne Allen (Angela) of Central; two daughters, Wendy Nix of Easley and Tracy Alexander (Michael) of Missouri City, TX; brothers, Nean Allen (Belinda) of Easley, Gerald Allen (Bernice)of Westminster, and Thomas Allen (Vicki) of Easley; and eight grandchildren.

In addition to his wife fifty-one years and his parents, Mr. Allen was predeceased by sisters, Pansy Allen Camp and Marie Allen Meeks.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at the Chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown, Easley.

The family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. at the funeral home, prior to the service.
