Bobby Eugene Fowler, 55, of 107 South Main Street, Cateechee died at his residence on Saturday, April 22, 2006. He was a native of Oconee County and is the son of Dorothy Freeman Fowler and the late Lonnie Fowler He was an avid sportsman and loved fishing and the Clemson Tigers. He served with the 101st Airborne in Vietnam.
Beside his mother he is survived by daughters: Lisa Fowler of Cateechee and Kim Land of Central; brothers Gerald Fowler of Central, Lonnie Fowler of Seneca and Ricky Boykin of Central; half-brother Dale Fowler of GA; sisters Sharon Crooks of Walhalla, Patricia Walters of Seneca and Lonet Petrovich of Spartanburg; half-sister Paula Fowler of GA and 1 grandson: Daniel Taylor.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, April 26 at 2pm in the chapel of Duckett-
Robinson Funeral Home in Central with burial to follow in Oconee Memorial Park in Seneca. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday April 25 from 6-8pm.
Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home, Central-Clemson Commons, is assisting the family with the arrangements.
