Bobby Joe Granger, 60, of 111 Cimmaron Lane and husband of the late Paula Lynn Rutz Granger, passed away Thursday August 22, 2013 at Greenville Memorial Hospital.
Mr. Granger was born in Easley, the son of Johnny Granger, of Easley and the late Charlotte Dill Granger. He was a graduate of Easley High School and employed by Park Place Corporation in Greenville. He was a member of Victory Baptist Church.
Surviving in addition to his father are four sons, Shane Granger (Amy), of Abbeville, Brad Granger, of Easley, Patrick Miller (Ashton), of Liberty and Shawn Miller, of Greenville; a daughter, Wendy Granger West (Eric Lagerholm), of Easley; two brothers, Charles Granger and Tim Granger, both of Easley; three sisters, Brenda Rogers and Hazel Bryant, both of Easley and Darlene Morgan, of Pickens; and 7 grandchildren.
In addition to his wife and mother, he was preceded in death by a brother, Danny Granger.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Sunday August 25, 2013 in the Chapel of Robinson Funeral Home - Powdersville Road with the Reverend Adam Stone officiating. Burial will follow in Robinson Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Saturday at the funeral home.
The family is at the home of Patrick Miller, 101 Lake Drive, Liberty.
