Bobby Ray Key, Sr., 63, of 102 Sharon Heights Drive and husband of Donna Lorraine Key, went to be with the Lord, Wednesday, July 11, 2012 at his home surrounded by his loving family and friends.
Born in Greenville, SC he was a son of the late Charles Ray and Ruth Turner Key. He was a diesel mechanic and a member of Pendleton United Methodist Church.
Surviving in addition to his wife of the home are a daughter, Tammy Renee Key of Greenville; three sons, Jay (Ashley) Schofield and Jonathan Key of Liberty and Josh (Trista) Peek of Pendleton; brother, Charles Edward Key of Greenville; sister, Ann(Jim) Trusty of Easley; special friends, Rob (Becky) Shirley of Liberty; and a number of grandchildren.
In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his son Bobby Ray Key, Jr.
Memorial services will be 12 noon, Saturday at Pendleton United Methodist Church.
The family will receive friends from 11 to 11:50 AM, Saturday prior to the service at the church.
The family is at the home.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice of the Upstate, 1835 Rogers Road, Anderson, SC 29621.
